🏭 Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize the production of our advanced robotic systems. This role involves managing inventories, developing assembly processes, overseeing technicians, designing jigs, and implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in manufacturing.

Requirements

• 01Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 02Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within robotics or a related industry
• 03Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
• 04Proficiency in CAD software for jig and fixture design, and in software tools for testing and automation
• 05Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 06Effective communication and leadership abilities

Details & responsibilities

• 01Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels of components and materials, ensuring timely procurement and minimal production delays
• 02Design and implement efficient assembly workflows, integrating automation where applicable to enhance productivity
• 03Manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to best practices and safety standards
• 04Develop and refine jigs and fixtures to streamline assembly processes and improve precision
• 05Establish and enforce quality control protocols, conducting regular inspections to maintain product integrity
• 06Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
